Miami Dade College Homestead Campus Student Success Center
Continuing work for repeat client, Miami Dade College, The Student Success Center is a five story higher-educational building spanning 65,000 GSF, adjacent to the Homestead City Hall. The project included the demolition of an existing one-story building, including flat lot parking and an accessory structure. This new LEED Silver Certified building includes classrooms, multi-purpose spaces, labs, offices, conference center, entrepreneurship institute, student services, and support services.
